Accessibility Statement
AutoUnite is working to make its digital experiences usable by people with disabilities and to address barriers that affect important tasks.
Last updated September 24, 2026 · Version 2026-09-24.v2
1. Accessibility Target
AutoUnite uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as an internal engineering target. This is a product target, not a blanket claim that every AutoUnite route, third-party integration, or piece of content currently conforms in every respect.
2. Practices We Work to Support
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus.
- Clear headings, labels, instructions, error messages, and recovery actions.
- Accessible names and text alternatives for meaningful controls and images.
- Sufficient contrast and information that does not rely on color alone.
- Responsive layouts, zoom/reflow support, and reduced-motion behavior where appropriate.
- Accessible forms, dialogs, tables, carousels, authentication, and status updates.
- Testing with automated tools, keyboard interaction, zoom/reflow, and assistive technology where practical.
3. Ongoing Work and Third-Party Content
Accessibility is reviewed during design, development, content creation, QA, and remediation. Some dealer content, data-provider materials, maps, videos, documents, or linked services are controlled by third parties, but AutoUnite remains responsible for the accessibility of the AutoUnite-controlled experience and integration.
4. Feedback and Alternative Access
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need help accessing AutoUnite-controlled information, contact support@autounite.com. Please include the page or feature and the barrier you encountered, but do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
