Account + Access

Sign-in, security, privacy, permissions, and account help.
I cannot sign inUse the account path first, then send Support only non-secret details if access still fails.

Retry the normal sign-in path and confirm you are using the intended email address. If access still fails, start an Account + Access request with the email on the account, the page you were using, and the error you saw. Never include a password, security code, or payment-card number in a support request.

My saved activity looks different or missingConfirm the account and context before Support investigates continuity.

Confirm you are signed into the same AutoUnite account you used when the activity was saved. If the difference remains, include the affected saved vehicle or workflow, the approximate time you last saw it, and the page where the mismatch appears. Support can investigate without asking for your password.

What should I never send to Support?Keep secrets and sensitive payment information out of tickets.

Do not send passwords, one-time security codes, full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, or other secrets. Send only the details needed to identify the affected AutoUnite account, page, vehicle, dealer, or request.

How do I make a privacy or data-rights request?Use the dedicated Privacy Request flow instead of a general support ticket.

Use AutoUnite Privacy Requests for access, correction, deletion, or other supported privacy-rights requests. The dedicated flow keeps identity verification and legal handling separate from ordinary product support.
