Copyright and Trademark Notice

1. AutoUnite Materials

AutoUnite and its licensors retain rights in AutoUnite software, interfaces, branding, original text, graphics, organization, and other protected materials, subject to third-party rights and applicable law.

2. Third-Party Rights

Vehicle manufacturers, dealers, data providers, publishers, photographers, users, and other third parties retain rights in their names, marks, data, images, video, and other materials. AutoUnite does not claim ownership of third-party material merely because it appears through the service.

3. AutoUnite Marks

AutoUnite, the AU mark, product names, and associated brand elements may be protected marks or trade dress. No right to use an AutoUnite mark is granted except as authorized in writing or permitted by law. AutoUnite does not use a federal registration symbol for a mark unless registration for the specific mark/use has been confirmed.

4. Automated Access and Reuse

Do not systematically scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, republish, sell, license, or use protected AutoUnite materials to build a competing dataset, product, or model except through an approved API, written authorization, or a right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

5. Reporting an Intellectual-Property Concern

Send an intellectual-property concern to support@autounite.com with identification of the protected work or mark, the material at issue, its AutoUnite location, your contact information, the basis for the claim, and supporting authority where available.

Public user-generated posting is currently not an activated AutoUnite launch feature. AutoUnite does not represent that a DMCA Section 512 designated-agent/safe-harbor program is active unless that program has been completed and verified. If public posting is activated, applicable copyright and other legally required content-removal procedures will be published before activation.
