Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of AutoUnite. Certain dealer, beta, or other business services may be governed by separate agreements.
Last updated September 24, 2026 · Version 2026-09-24.v2
1. Acceptance
Where AutoUnite asks you to affirmatively accept these Terms, including during account creation, that acceptance forms your agreement to the version presented at that time. If you do not agree, do not use features that require acceptance.
2. AutoUnite’s Role
AutoUnite is a vehicle research, comparison, information, routing, and decision-support platform. AutoUnite is not a vehicle dealer, lender, insurer, credit bureau, credit-repair organization, transaction broker, legal adviser, tax adviser, or government agency.
Dealers and other third parties control their own inventory, offers, prices, fees, financing, warranties, disclosures, approvals, communications, negotiation, and transactions.
3. Information, Listings, Prices, and Estimates
Vehicle specifications, listings, MSRP, dealer/provider source-listed amounts, verified price states, taxes, fees, incentives, payment estimates, trade values, payoff examples, insurance context, availability, distance, rankings, and generated Intelligence explanations may come from different sources and can change.
A dealer/provider source-listed amount is not automatically a verified actual price available to every consumer. AutoUnite may label source evidence separately from a verified shopper price. Confirm material transaction terms with the responsible dealer, lender, insurer, manufacturer, government source, or other provider before acting.
4. No Approval or Transaction Guarantee
AutoUnite does not guarantee vehicle availability, dealer response, financing or lease approval, APR, payment amount, incentive eligibility, trade value, payoff amount, insurance availability or price, taxes or fees, delivery timing, vehicle condition, or completion of a transaction.
5. Accounts and Security
- Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
- Protect passwords, verification codes, and devices used to access your account.
- Do not share credentials or attempt to access another person’s or dealer’s account.
- Notify AutoUnite promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Dealer and Third-Party Interactions
When you choose to contact a dealer, AutoUnite may transmit the information and vehicle context needed to deliver the request. Dealers are independent businesses. Your dealings with a dealer, lender, insurer, or other third party are between you and that party.
7. AutoUnite Intelligence Features
Generated Intelligence responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Verify material facts before acting. Generated Intelligence output is informational and is not legal, tax, credit, insurance, safety, mechanical, or dealer-approval advice.
8. Submitted Information and Feedback
You remain responsible for information, messages, prompts, files, and feedback you submit. You represent that you have the right to submit them and that your submission does not violate law or third-party rights.
Public user posting, comments, public reviews, and Community publication are not enabled merely by having an AutoUnite account. If public posting is introduced, separate posting rules and notices will apply before activation.
9. Prohibited Uses
- Use AutoUnite unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, or to harm another person or business.
- Attempt unauthorized access, defeat security controls, introduce malware, overload systems, or interfere with service.
- Impersonate another person or dealer, submit fraudulent information, or misuse dealer or consumer information.
- Scrape, harvest, systematically extract, reverse engineer, or use protected AutoUnite content or data to build a competing dataset, product, or model except where expressly permitted in writing or by law.
10. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content
AutoUnite and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, interfaces, branding, original content, and protected materials. Dealers, manufacturers, data providers, publishers, users, and other third parties retain rights in their own materials. Reference to a third party does not imply endorsement or ownership.
11. Reviews and Consumer Feedback
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prohibit or penalize a lawful, honest consumer review in a manner prohibited by applicable law. AutoUnite may address unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise prohibited content under applicable rules if public posting is later enabled.
12. Service Availability, Changes, and Suspension
AutoUnite may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. A prototype, BuildX document, screenshot, roadmap, or test result is not a promise that a feature is live or will be released.
AutoUnite may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform integrity, misuse, or a material violation of applicable terms.
13. Nonwaivable Rights; Changes; Contact
These Terms do not waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. AutoUnite may update these Terms; when affirmative re-acceptance is legally or operationally required, the applicable flow will present the new version.
