1. AutoUnite Is an Information and Routing Platform

AutoUnite helps organize research, comparisons, vehicle information, estimates, and user-directed dealer contact. AutoUnite is not the selling dealer, lender, insurer, vehicle inspector, title agency, or government source.

2. Vehicle Data, Listings, and Availability

Specifications, trims, equipment, colors, photos, listings, inventory status, mileage, availability, and other vehicle information may come from manufacturers, dealers, data providers, public sources, or AutoUnite-derived processing. Information can be delayed, incomplete, or specific to a different configuration. Confirm material details for the specific vehicle or VIN.

3. Understanding Price States

AutoUnite may preserve a useful source-listed amount with a clear source/verification label rather than hiding the source evidence completely. An unverified source-listed amount is not silently treated as a verified universally payable price for downstream price sorting, final price filters, payment, lease, or out-the-door logic.

• MSRP is a manufacturer reference value and is not automatically the dealer’s selling price.
• A dealer/provider source-listed amount is a number supplied by or derived from a source. If AutoUnite has not verified that it is the actual price available to every consumer with dealer-required charges handled correctly, the amount must not be represented as a verified actual shopper price.
• A verified actual shopper price is shown only when the current price-authority process has sufficient evidence for the exact applicable scope.
• An out-the-door amount is a separate calculation or quote and can depend on jurisdiction, taxes, government charges, dealer charges, eligibility, and other transaction facts.

4. Incentives and Conditional Discounts

Manufacturer and dealer incentives can be regional, time-limited, vehicle-specific, financing-dependent, or limited to eligible groups. Trade, loyalty, conquest, military, first-responder, employee, student, dealer-financing, or similar subset-only conditions are not presented as universally available unless the qualification is actually universal.

5. Payments, Credit, and Leasing

Calculator results are estimates unless explicitly presented as a verified offer. APR, money factor, residual, term, taxes, fees, down payment, amount due, lender approval, and credit terms can materially change the result. AutoUnite does not make lender credit decisions.

6. Trade, Payoff, Insurance, and Ownership Cost

Trade values, payoff examples, insurance context, depreciation, fuel/energy estimates, maintenance, and ownership-cost information are estimates or sourced information, not guaranteed offers or bills. Confirm the relevant figure with the responsible provider.

7. Safety, Recalls, Warranty, and Condition

Safety ratings, recalls, service campaigns, warranty information, title history, accidents, and vehicle condition can come from different sources. A general record is not proof of the current remedy or status for a specific VIN. Check authoritative manufacturer/government sources and obtain an appropriate vehicle inspection when needed.

8. Intelligence, Rankings, and Sponsored Information

Intelligence explanations and rankings are decision-support information and can be wrong or incomplete. AutoUnite separates source facts, calculations, inferences, and sponsored influence where material. Paid placement or a material commercial relationship will not be intentionally presented as an unbiased organic recommendation.

9. Dealer Independence

Dealers are independent businesses responsible for their own inventory, advertisements, prices, fees, offers, financing, warranties, disclosures, communications, negotiation, and sale. Verify final transaction documents with the responsible dealer and provider.
