1. What AutoUnite Intelligence Features May Do

• Explain vehicle research, trims, features, comparisons, and available listing context.
• Help organize a user’s stated preferences and questions.
• Explain calculator inputs or other AutoUnite information.
• Assist with navigation, support, and preparation for a user-directed dealer interaction.

2. Information Used

Depending on the feature, Intelligence context may include your prompt, current page or vehicle context, research and comparison state, user-provided preferences, and relevant AutoUnite data. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information in an AutoUnite Intelligence prompt.

3. Source Facts, Calculations, and Inferences

AutoUnite Intelligence can combine source facts, derived calculations, and generated explanations. AutoUnite aims to preserve provenance and freshness where material, but Generated Intelligence output can still be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Verify changing inventory, price, incentives, safety/recall status, laws, and transaction terms with the responsible source.

4. No Consequential Decision Authority

AutoUnite does not authorize AutoUnite Intelligence features to make final or materially determinative decisions about credit, insurance, employment, housing, health, education, public benefits, or other legally significant matters unless a separately approved legal, product, security, vendor, and model-governance program is implemented.

5. Intelligence Identity, Safety, and Human Review

AutoUnite identifies AutoUnite Intelligence experiences as automated intelligence where appropriate or required. Certain prompts, outputs, errors, or safety events may be reviewed by authorized personnel or service providers for support, security, quality, or compliance. Special safeguards may apply to minors, self-harm, sensitive data, or other high-risk contexts.

6. Providers and Privacy

AutoUnite may use cloud and intelligence service providers to operate AutoUnite Intelligence features. Public statements about provider retention or model-training behavior are made only when they match AutoUnite’s configured account and service behavior.
